This summer we were delighted to introduce four traditional cedar wood hives of native Irish bees to Layla’s Rooftop Restaurant. This special project was sponsored by Powers Whiskey. The honey from this apiary has a lovely dark colour and has rich complex taste. Look out for it in your cocktails!
