Ingredients
60ml bourbon
40ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1tbsp OpenHive honey
Method
Add everything into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a thyme twig or a lemon twist.
